I think that the impact of the “me too” movement has been able to raise awareness of the aspects like sexual misconduct and unwelcome sexual advances made by most of the employers, managers and top-level officials or executives at the workplace. However, there have not been any major changes in the ways in which the employers or top-level authorities have been treated. This is because there has not been concrete evidence/proof provided by most of the women who have participated and raised awareness in the “me too” movement.
